Can I get an estimate first?

Absolutely! Most estimates will be turned around in less than 24hours so you can get your PR submitted and the process going. If you need one quicker or on the spot please give us a call to expedite your request.
How long do T-Shirts take to turn around?

T-Shirts usually have a turn around of approx 2 weeks once artwork is finalized and you place your order. This allows time for product to be ordered, sorted and counted, printed and shipped.
How long do coins take to make?

Coins are a bit more labor intensive process and have the most time in getting artwork set up properly to make an awesome looking coin. Production times can vary slightly but 3 weeks is fairly standard once artwork is approved. This is pretty standard turn around in with all coin manufacturing.
Unit Logo/Crest Design? How Does the process work?

Can you take my ideas and make a custom Logo? Absolutely! We actually love to have some input and/or a sketch from a crew member to help bring your ideas to digital life! We will work with you back and forth until we get your design to your liking. Once a logo is created it can be used for all other merchandise! Pricing is determined on complexity and time spent rendering your design.
Can I return my items?

Most of our custom made products are specific to your unit and usually can not be "exchanged" as you are the only ones that will use them. If there does happen to be a situation that comes up for any reason we will do our best to always make things right for you and ensure a happy customer.
